Can I Return A Purchase?
Perfume samples are custom-orders (under "perishable goods") and therefore do not qualify for returns or refunds in accordance with UK's Health & Safety Regulations.
Each tester is hand produced to order from the manufacturer’s original bottle. This doesn't guarantee that you will necessarily like a fragrance you select, which is why you have the option to order the samples we sell. Once the package has been received by a customer and opened, possible tampering conditions exist which can cause cross-contamination, making it not legal for us to restock the item for resale.
We only provide 'goodwill' exchanges or returns, and at times a full refund in exceptional case-to-case assessments (i.e, the wrong item was packed, wrong labeling, etc).
All sales are final unless in exceptional cases. If you are unsure about your purchase and require a guaranteed refund policy, please be aware that we cannot provide such guarantee.

All sales items are final. We are unable to provide refunds on discounted sales items.
Your Right to Cancel / Damaged Goods
Your have a right to cancel your order. Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 24 hours after you placed your order.
What the Law Says: Consumer Laws on Returns or Exchange Policy
Our returns policies are displayed on our online store. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and the inability to restock and resell perishable items, we generally do not accept returns and refunds on products. On damaged items, we offer exchange.
