By placing an order with The Parfumes Shop Limited ("The Parfumes Shop", "we", "us" or "our") for products which are sold on the Site ("Products"), you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, and if you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact one of our customer service advisors before placing an order with us.

Every time you order Products from us, the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us. Our Contract with You - UK Orders
1. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. You are obligated to provide accessible contact details to receive emails or telephone calls, to assure you are accessible. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation"). A legally binding contract between us will be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation (or, in the unlikely event that a Dispatch Confirmation is not sent due to a processing error, when we dispatch the Products to you) ("Contract"). If you require any information concerning your order, please contact us via our contact form at www.theparfumesshop.com quoting your order number.
2. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a Product or pricing error, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
3. A Product will be your contractual responsibility from the time we deliver the Product to the address you gave us or you collect it from us. Should the address be faulty creating delay or missing delivery, The Parfumes Shop takes no responsibility of any losses or refunds for losses.
4. You own a Product once we have received payment in full.
5. By placing an order with The Parfumes Shop, you enter into a contractual agreement with both The Parfumes Shop and any third-party services involved. Once your order has been handed over to the designated shipping carrier and a tracked shipping label is issued, The Parfumes Shop’s responsibility and liability for the order ceases. From that point onward, all obligations and claims in relation to delivery and the order rest solely with you and the delivery company.
Purchase Related Policies - UK Orders
The Products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the Products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. Please note that samples are subject to availability. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
The images of the Products on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products. Your Product may vary slightly from those images. The packaging of Products may also vary from that shown in images on our website.
The purchase of Products through the Site is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with English law.
You may only purchase Products from our site if you are at least 18 years old.
Cancellation Rights - UK Orders
We hope that you are delighted with your order; however, because you are a consumer and have purchased your Product online, you have a legal right to cancel your order provided the cancellation is made before we process the order, and before the order is dispatched.
Your right to return goods does not apply to goods that are made to your specification, clearly personalised, liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
To cancel a Contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is to notify us with your intent to cancel within 6-hours via our contact form on our website. Statutory Rights to Return Products - UK Orders
Because you are a consumer, we are under a legal duty to supply Products that are in conformity with the Contract. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described provided evidence is provided to us. Our products are customized and as such we do not accept returns for other reasons, or returns after changing your mind about the product.
Our Liability for Loss or Damage - UK Orders
We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so.

“As-Is” Order Terms
By placing an order on an “as-is” basis with The Parfumes Shop, you agree and acknowledge the following:

No Additional Warranties
Products are supplied “as-is,” meaning The Parfumes Shop does not provide any representations, guarantees, or warranties beyond those required by law (including, but not limited to, implied warranties of quality or fitness for a particular purpose). -
Statutory Rights Affected
These terms excludes or limits any mandatory rights you have under UK consumer protection laws which are not applicable outside the jurisidiction of the United Kingdom. -
Buyer’s Responsibility
You are responsible for determining the suitability, compatibility, and overall fitness of the product for your purposes prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you accept the product in its current condition. -
Limitation of Liability
Subject to mandatory legal obligations, The Parfumes Shop will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of or in connection with your use, possession, or inability to use an “as-is” product, other than as expressly required by law. -
Acceptance of Terms
Your act of placing an order constitutes your acceptance of these “as-is” terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from purchasing and/or using the products.
These “as-is” terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and all disputes or claims related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Import Duties, Taxes & Regulations
All international buyers at The Parfumes Shop [TPS] are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their country's import laws, taxes, duties, and regulations. Our store does not cover or reimburse any import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other applicable taxes imposed by the buyer’s local authorities. It is the buyer’s duty to verify and ensure compliance with all local import requirements before placing an order.
Shipping & Delivery Risks
While The Parfumes Shop make every effort to ensure that orders are shipped promptly and securely, we are not responsible for any delays, losses, or additional charges incurred due to international shipping. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Delivery: Shipping outside the United Kingdom is estimated to be fulfilled within 14-days or as per the tracking terms provided by the carrier.

Delivery Delays: Due to customs processing, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances delays may happen. Please allow up to 30-days for full shipping plus customs procedures before contacting the carrier.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: The risk of loss passes to the buyer on all non-UK deliveries due to the unpredictable nature of international shipping. We are not liable for any lost or stolen shipments after they have left our warehouse.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address: It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and contact information to be reachable. Orders returned or lost due to incorrect addresses will not be refunded. Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs Seizures & Rejections: If an order is held, delayed, or rejected by customs for any reason, we are not liable for the loss or return of the package. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Payment Disputes
By placing an order with The Parfumes Shop, you agree that all payments are final. Chargebacks and payment disputes initiated with banks, credit card providers, or payment processors will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any attempts to file a chargeback will be considered a breach of our terms and may result in legal action. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us directly, and we will work to find a resolution within the scope of our policies.
Refunds or Replacements for Undelivered or Delayed Packages
Due to the unpredictable nature of international shipping and customs clearance, we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that are delayed, lost, or not delivered due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Agreement to These Terms
By purchasing from our store, The Parfumes Shop, international buyers acknowledge and agree to all the terms outlined above. Failure to read or understand these terms does not exempt a buyer from their responsibilities.

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Proceedings may be brought in relation to the matters set out herein in the courts of England and Wales.
