The Parfumes Shop is a third-party provider committed to promoting and enhancing brand presence by showcasing and marketing products on our platform free of cost to brands, suppliers, distributors and third parties through influencer networks. We believe in supporting brand visibility and offering customers a diverse selection of high-quality fragrances and beauty products for the purpose of promoting brands we love, in the hope that new users will become new clients of the brands stores.
However, we respect the rights of brands to manage their online presence. If a brand wishes to have its name, trademarks, or products removed from The Parfumes Shop website, the brand owner or an authorized representative may submit a removal request via email.
Removal Request Process:
- The removal request must be sent to info@theparfumesshop.com, or by using our contact form, from an official brand email address or with sufficient proof of brand ownership or association. All brand removal request must be submitted to us digitally by email/or contact form only.
- The request should include the brand name, details of products to be removed, and any additional supporting documentation, if applicable, to show your authorisation to request the removal.
- Upon receiving the request, The Parfumes Shop will process the removal within 10 business days from the date of the email. Please allow this time-frame for removal to be complete. If you don't see removal of the brand and images within this time, contact us again to make sure we have received your original request.
- If you want to continue to include your brand on our pages, but only wish to remove stock images, please inform us that we can replace the images.
- During this period, all relevant brand content and associated products will be reviewed and removed from the website.
- The removal of the brand presence on our website may also initiate permanent removal of any or all influencer promotions.
By submitting a removal request, the brand acknowledges that The Parfumes Shop is acting in good faith to support brand visibility but will honor any formal request for content removal.

The removal of the brand presence on our website may also initiate permanent removal of any or all influencer promotions, such as unpacking, reviews of the brand and its products on social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and others.
The reduced exposure may negatively affect or reduce future sales or promotions for the product, which is a choice the brand owner and its associates must take in consideration. Influencers may individually chose not to engage in any further promotion of the brand in the future, or may not see it viable, and permanently disengage from the brand.
